Once upon a time, in a forest far, far away, there lived an ugly bear named Benji. Benji was unlike any other bear in the forest. His fur was patchy and matted, and his face was covered in warts and scars. All of the other animals in the forest ignored Benji and avoided him whenever possible.
Benji lived a lonely life, spending his days wandering the forest by himself, searching for food and shelter. He often felt sad and left out, as he had no friends to share his days with.
One day, as Benji was wandering through the forest, he came across a group of animals gathered around a babbling brook. They were all laughing and playing, having a great time. Benji wanted to join in, but he knew that the other animals would just ignore him, like they always did.
But then, something strange happened. One of the animals, a friendly rabbit named Bunnie, noticed Benji standing on the edge of the group, looking sad and left out. She smiled at him and called out, "Come and join us, Benji! We don't mind that you're ugly - everyone is welcome here!"
Benji was surprised and delighted by Bunnie's kind words. He made his way over to the group, and before he knew it, he was laughing and playing with all of the other animals.
From that day on, Benji was no longer ignored by the other animals in the forest. He had found a group of friends who accepted him just the way he was, and he was finally able to enjoy all of the fun and friendship that the forest had to offer.
And so, Benji lived happily ever after, surrounded by his loving friends and enjoying all of the joys that life had to offer.
