Shipping & Returns

COVID-19 NOTICE: Our dear customers, with the current situation, delivery may take longer as expected esp. for items shipped internationally. We have items shipped directly from our US warehouse which will take 3-7 business days, some items are shipped from our overseas warehouse and this will take 4-6 weeks to arrive.

Please allow between 4-6 weeks for most orders to arrive. If you haven't received your order after this please email us at to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.



Our return policy is unlike anything you’ve seen! We will go above and beyond to satisfy our customer needs. We have a one year return policy for items that are not used, torn, or damaged. If items are torn, used or damaged PLEASE contact us and we’ll work with you to send you another pair of items!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

All we ask in order to complete your return, is a receipt or proof of purchase from our website or other marketplaces.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 business days


Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first.

Additionally contact your credit card company, since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at with the clear picture show casing the damage or defect and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless items we’re defective or damaged) where-in we will cover shipping for you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary, no longer than 10 business days

Please consider using a shipping service with tracking information so the items don’t get lost in transit. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
